Being a leader is more than just being a mentor, a coach, a teacher, a disciplinarian, motivator and many more. It is a responsibility. Being a leader is a great achievement. And great achievements come great responsibilities. A leader is someone who is selfless and always looking for the welfare and common good of his subordinates. Always remember PLANS.
